3. Return Process

  • Customer Service Review: Our customer service team will review the request within 1-2 business days and email the RMA number. Ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the return package.
  • Return Shipment: The RMA number is valid for 30 days from issuance. The product must be shipped back within this timeframe. A tracking number should be provided.
  • Refund/Exchange Processing: Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Orders not yet shipped: Full refund available.
  • Shipped orders: The customer is responsible for the original shipping fee and return shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee applies (unless due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged shipment).
  • Returns due to our error: We will cover the return shipping costs and offer a free replacement or full refund.

  • If the return is due to incorrect address, unclaimed package, or refusal of delivery, a 10% restocking fee and additional reshipping fee apply.
  • Special Cases (e.g., lithium battery products):
    • For international orders, unclaimed or refused packages will be destroyed by the international transfer station and not returned to the warehouse.
    • In this case, a maximum refund of 50% of the purchase price is available.

6. Defective Product Handling

  • Within 30 Days: Products that arrive DOA (Dead on Arrival), have visible defects, or are damaged during transit are eligible for a full refund or free replacement. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.
